Whats cheap is the bleach and hair color remover along with the gloves and bottle or brush and tub.You always need to start with hair color remover powder you can get from Penninsula Beauty or any beauty store. It has similar and even faster effects than bleach. It makes your hair light enough(although orange or yellow) to get away with bleaching your hair only once or twice afterwards. The purpose is to make sure you are not only using bleach and to make sure your hair is not brown. Then when you have bleached your hair once if it is not light enough for ex; if there are orange or yellow streaks in your hair then, bleach your hair again but this time be super careful it does not make your hair stringy. And do not leave it on longer than the last process. Also always use 40 or 50 developer and gloves. When you are done; use a violet white toner which is technically die. This completely cancels out the yellow. You may also use shampoo and conditioners which contain violet or a leave in shine gloss made for pearl white hair it is about 50$. Another option is after your last process of bleach buy geranim Violet which is 2.99 in a longs or walgreens drug store. Add about 1 or two drop into your hair conditoner or as you desire as long as you do not add too much unless you want lilac hair. This can be done once a week to cancel out brassiness. And remember DO NOTONLY DEPEND ON BLEACH!!
